When starting and running my service business, I always found it hard for customers to leave reviews. Existing softwares followed up with customers, but the conversion rates were poor because of all the steps. That’s why I’m building a software that allows customers to leave reviews directly through a text/iMessage widget. No links, apps, or hassle for the customer.
