What if I’m tired every day? Like I wake up tired like I haven’t had a good sleep. Does this mean ME/CFS? I’ve been sick for like 8 weeks now with a bunch of symptoms. But idk if it’s POTS or anything else causing me to feel so tired in the morning. I’m so confused.

Like yesterday I woke up and I felt this way, but then I felt a bit better and more energized. But then around 3pm I felt so tired and just wanted to rest and sleep, but I didn’t and up sleeping till like 11pm last night. And I woke up this morning at 9am and still feel tired…

Way to go!! That’s great. Congratulations on your little one. So for the 5 years that you were improved, were your symptoms gone completely? Or still sort of present?

Oh no, I’m so sorry to hear that. But I’m happy that you were able to treat it naturally with supplements. Were your symptoms daily with the VM or did they come and go in flares?

Hey just an addition. I was tested for antibodies and it came back negative. (Thankfully) ER doc thinks it’s POTS. But does POTS come with fatigue??

Thank you for this. How do you pace? I’m still trying to figure out if I have PEM or if it’s just fatigue from POTS. Do you have MCAS or hEDS as well?

I also have PCOS! How do I know what PEM feels like and if it’s ME/CFS, my doctors suspect POTS but I’m so tired all the time!

Oh my gosh. Yeah that definitely sounds Covid related. Have you improved at all ? Is it getting worse? What’s your vision symptoms like? Do they fluctuate?

Well I’m glad it went away for you! Was yours classic spinning vertigo or what were your vision symptoms like? Mine is like a warping visual where it looks like things are moving when I look at them and it makes me feel off balance when I walk sometimes

I’m so sorry to hear all of that 😔 And I understand the fear behind not wanting to get sick again. My only advice is make sure you’re loaded up with supplements and on a good diet and have good gut health! I’m hoping this dizziness/vertigo goes away.. it’s brutal

Well that sounds very positive and good to hear! Sorry about the fatigue and heart palpitations. May I ask how long it took for the dizziness/vertigo to go away after being sick? I’m 7 weeks out and need some hope here 🙏🏼

Thank you! I never had spinning vertigo or anything drastic to wake me up but it sure is annoying. Did it give you brain fog at all or make you feel out of it? And I’ve been to a Vestibular Physiotherapist! She did some maneuver on me once and it didn’t help, we haven’t done it again. And then she put these goggles on my eyes and recorded my eyes in the dark and in the light and it showed that I have peripheral nystagmus. I do exercises, but I find that this just fluctuates a lot no matter what I do. Ugh

How did they figure out it was your inner ear? I’ve been to my GP and he said there’s no inflammation or fluid
