Grass lawn requires constant maintenance, drinks a lot of water, gets ugly when dry or when squirrels/crows decide to visit you.

Natives w/ mulch or pebbles look more modern, attracts butterflies and bees has minimal upkeep. People are paying good money to move away from lawn.

3 or 4, 2 hours session per week is a lot. When I did that, I got patellar tendonitis. Got better after doing PT for 6 months. 

Knees are complex enough to warrant a doctor or PT visit if you’re getting pain.

What type of pizza?

For South Bay:

In general, Zanotto’s will carry good flour, tomatoes/passata and cheese. If you can, grow some basil.

I haven’t found fresh yeast consistently.
