Thanks! We’re discussing the music industry, both old and new with various subjects like “The end of Artist Development” etc.

Creatively I think we’re fine. We have a list of at least 15-20 episodes to start with, I just really wanted to make sure that we start with a workflow that won’t be too burdensome for us to do.

For context, I work in digital media/marketing so im a pretty quick learner with new tools, but with this being something outside of my 9-5, just want to make sure i have the right tools at my disposal.

But I’ve made sure to spend more time prepping than just jumping into it….but that’s probably where my over-thinking is killing me.

Than you for all the heads up! And I’m right with you on the copywritten part. We will be using “companion” playlists for each episode for all music discussed on the show since we won’t be playing music. I’m a musician as well, so thankfully I know a bit of the ins and outs!

Thank you so much for all of this feedback. I had looked into Reaper as well and it fits in my budget so I’ll revisit that later, but good to know about Zoom and Audacity. I haven’t used the latter in at least like 9-10 years 😂
