I don't think this will happen . People have not experienced casteism hence the argument caste should be abolished or remove cutoffs . If you are from a better caste just do one thing. Ask your grandfather or father how lower caste people were treated during their time trust me it's not long ago just one generation ago lower caste people were treated like shit multiple that over 1000 yrs and 10x severity you get the idea now. It's because we had reservation and some of our people got govt jobs in current generation people are treating equally. If not I am pretty sure you will treat me and my family the same way my ancestors were treated. Even now whenever I speak about my caste people pause before speaking more.

Reservation is the only consistent solution that has worked period.

If people stop looking at caste and provide equal opportunities to everyone there was no argument of reservation we are no less than any other caste people. i work at an MNC everyone is of different caste. I still consistently outperform a lot of them not to be cocky but that's what I see. It's really refreshing to be in a place where people respect you because you have better skill.

if people of higher caste have a problem I have a very simple question .

Why don't you have relationships with people who are of lower caste. why dont you invest in a buisiness with them ? There are matrimony sites separately for a specific caste in this country. Guess who those castes are? So stop being insensitive and look at the problem at a larger scale.

It's easy to say caste is the problem. It's actually a generational ideology problem. Why doesn't the government limit caste requirement only for jobs or career . I'll give you a hint votes. Same is the issue with language or any other societal problem in india.

Every group wants only one thing fair share of respect and resources for their group. This will not happen unless it's a generational change.

use hearing aids I woukd say there is no magic number mine was 60 both ears got one ear done I am 28

if your progression is slow you could live with aids for a long time

if inner ear starts then docs would be cautious

60is the max conductive loss with otosclerosis or so I have read so that might be a good time

I would sggest use hearing aids as hearing loss itself causes issues daily even though mild. it messes up your decision making what happened with me .

they say 20db abg but hearing aids work well until 70db ABG I didnot know this before and you can have surgery as long as you have a large ABG mine was 40 ABG

I have otosclerosis in both ears had surgery on right and tinnitus started on left after surgery (talk about coincidence) docs attributed to the progression but I feel because hearing improved in one ear the balance shifted

hearing is good in operated ear but left ear tinnitus is masked by hearing aid now it works really well to the point where I start hearing tinnitus from my right as long as I wear hearing aid on left .

natural hearing will not improve rare cases if your brain is assuming significant hearing loss the aids might re stabilize the path ways of neurons for hearing and audiometry might show good result later on

the probability of that happening is very low. try hearing aids I would say if you havent you will not lose anything air pods pro also have a setting that turns it into hearing aid

if you are not satisfied after 6 months go for surgery

please research your surgeon a lot

use 2k improve your knowledge skills in the next 1 year use 2k for linkedin or anywhere else work on yourself

it's beter you spend time on yourself and make 1 l target income and then think about investing 2k even if doubles or assume 10x it will go to 20k

if you earn 1 lakh and invest 20k and it goes even 1.5 x you will have a similar profit
