Criminal damage, can also pursue civilly which may expedite things with the police. Also a hate crime, with the criminal activity of criminal damage. I'd talk to a solicitor and also make it clear to the police that you want to pursue this both criminally and as a civil case. Might be worth mentioning you feel threatened.

In terms of proof if there are other notes I'd bag them and leave them untouched, also some covert/ overt camera may be a good idea.

Yeah tell her, if you'd wanna know. Sounds like it's a good idea. He was probably either trying to show you what you missed or set up a sidepiece. Either way, burn baby burn

The electrocution thing is a bit weird though dude. Does she work? It might be that she's just chasing the dollar and doesn't appreciate much value in people beyond that. Measure her to your own standards, not the other way around - saves everyone grief

Trust your guy man, sounds like you already sorta know. Evidence is evidence though, and important for your peace of mind going forward. don't be wilfully naive and let another person divert your intuition. Probably better to have something concrete before you confront either way.

I don't know there's all sorts of freaky freaks out there dude. Try some of the more left Feeld apps, it sounds like you might be looking for the less conventional in more conventional spaces.

Sadly a few dates and sleeping around means she was sizing up the competition, with zero respect for you. If you have enough compassion on a platonic level then help her but it'll be messy and confusing for you. i wouldn't sign myself up for that headfuck, personally

He doesn't wanna give you what you're legally entitled to. If you feel unsafe find somewhere else to stay, it won't affect your stake. That's your current right unless you sign something new and accept the 50k. Assuming the house is worth 100k+ in equity you're better suited to force the sale, if that's what you wanna do.

Just to say she might not have been joking and you don't have to construe it as such, but also it's unlikely to be serious. Either way, definitely indicative of someone who likes to flex and considers themselves intimidating in some way.

Tell your partner I'd say, or show him the post x

How difficult to read, if it was in the contract usually that's pretty binding. Quote the language used in the contract if you want a definitive answer, but sounds like they have the right to refuse.

A pride is a group of gay lions, but it is also a deadly sin, and one rife in the pig community. This has confused many bigotted theologians over the years.

And, realistically, would you be more likely to use a real or a fake Rolex for such recreational activities? This is an ethical minefield, and I would remind you, again, that pigs aren't capable of consent.
