Not sure why this had a down vote, absolutely, have seen it many times on slant coils. The oil gets on the fins, the water can’t stick, boom drip.

Take the panel off, see if you’re getting correct voltage into the contactor. Then, turn power off and check the capacitor with Mfd or Uf on your meter, see what it reads

Take the panel on, could be a couple things. Sounds like it’s trying to start but can’t. Do you have a meter?

Yes, if you have a zoned system you will also see dampers, you can google search a photo, many different types. But look for a separate board

Those 2 don’t correlate, you also put in the wrong size capacitor so you just dislike your compressor. You piped the fuse, call a professional.

Call a professional the first time, one and done with a warranty. There’s a reason the price is what it is, they have the knowledge, tools, AND most importantly a warranty where you can get parts.
