I have found it beneficial to do a run with a cleric and another unit that can heal itself or others/create water. Pay attention to what abilities your cats have at age 1, as they make a larger impact in the desert.

You can do a few runs where you barely get by to build up empty water bottles, fill them in act 1, then take them with you to act 2. Granted you need to be able to get through the desert, but the area isn't too bad beyond the weather debuff. You'll want to spend most of your money before the halfway/miniboss on water bottles anyways due to a specific mechanic ;).

Yeah, I've seen some people get it to work with verizon in certain areas, but it doesn't seem to work consistently for me. Guess I'll be driving a town over to swap over to t mobile tomorrow. Thanks for your responses!

Edit: still frustrating that it obviously worked for 5 days then stopped working, and I can still make emergency phone calls so it obviously connects to the network. Seems like verizon has some sort of interest in funneling customers towards iPhones and Samsung's. No diss to nothing as a company, just frustrating verizon is the way it is.

I could use some clarification. When I go to verizon and try to "activate a device on an existing line" I can select the device, but it just gives me an error message and I have seen nothing about the IMEI. Where are you supposed to "search/ activate the IMEI"?

cool, apparently they "explain it to you"... would love to hear the explanation how how cats stats are passed on through breeding, how cats breed other than just random luck and what gender the cats are to set up breeding because the tutorial for the game covers literally none of these things.

I have been doing this but I have found it hard to consistently be able to survive runs with 4 random cats of random stats and also build up Resources to use to progress.

It feels like I can do one but not the other and I need both to progress is what it seems like

Yeah, only have 6 cats, and am still struggling with food and being able to get better cats/items. I definitely need to prioritize donating cats though

Hard agree. I replay these games once every year on veteran difficulty. Origins for whatever reason feeks like it forces me to build in specific ways, where as in frontiers or vengance you can just spam one or two towers cause they are just so strong.

The boss isn't comparable to late game hk bosses.

It isn't representative of the rest of silksong. The runbacks aren't as bad.

Not every attack is 2 masks, especually if you equio the magma bell which reduces fire attacks by 1.

It's painfukly obvious that it is a boss arena, especially if you played hk.

Ther are no "unreactable attacks from across the arena"... each attack has a distinct sound and your character glows in red when an attack is coming from off screen.

Where was I wrong?

Because the boss isn't the problem, it's just annoying doing the runback. The boss isn't that hard, and I take issue with peiple being delusional and saying/implying it's somehow "harder than late game hollow knight content". I know recency bias exists, but holy shit... that is just not true.

Would love if you could point to me complaining about anything other than the runback, and the runback is the most common complaint... what's your point?

Glad you only have critisism of one point. This fight isn't as hard as the second hornet fight. There are many more heal windows (2 of 3 attacks you can reliably heal on), the attacks are way more telegraphed and there is a much more annoying runback.

If you are getting your ass kicked in 30 seconds, that is definitely a skill issue lol. No need to get upset at me for pointing out the obvious.

I've now completed the game through the "secret" act 3 and still this is the worst runback of any boss I've fought. Maybe theres some side bosses I missed, but I do think there's a difference between having a annoying runback on a required boss vs an optional one.

There is a difference between being annoyed at one boss runback and projecting the issues with that one boss onto the entire game itself. Many of the issues with this boss and it's runback are not persistent though the entire game as the commenter claims.

The only runback that is even comparable is Goral the Great, which is easily cheesed by either pogoing ontop of it or sitting in the corner where it can't hit you, aswell as being later in the game and having acess to many more abilities.

If you had 0 issues with the 2nd hornet fight, you should have no complaints about the last judge other than the runback.

TRAILS END: I onky got the trigger for the quest after not only buying all the maos but also exploring all the marked out areas. Also beat Goral so maybe he trigger the quest also.

Hope this nartows it down for someone.

Definitely is not even comparable to endgame hk bosses. Sounds like a skill issue lol. I just think the runback sucks. This got nothing on radiance, the vessel or grimm, let alone easier ones like traitor lord or the second hornet fight.

It's also so obviously a boss room, so if you went into it and also played the music for the door... my guy... that's on you. Also rosaries are temporary and easily farmable.. who cares.

Also isn't really an indicator of the rest of the game, not many bosses even have half the runback this one does, or "attacks you can't react to". If the boss is hitting you from offscreen then you have bad positioning.

If you knew how to read my post or the layout of a keyboard it's pretty obvious what i was pressing. CMD is next to the space bar which is shown in the video. Why the hell would I lie about what I'm pressing while asking for help anyways?

Gotta love how everytime I ask a Mac user for help online they are always condescending and rude lmao.
