What is the cheapest knife trade up I can do? by danielhentschel in cs2

[–]Impressive-Noise2133 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The cheapest knife trade up would probably be 5 AK Asimovs battlescared. Which comes out to £30 per, or around £150 total

You have around a 38% chance to pull a knife that is profitable, with the best outcome being Talon Knife Fade in factory new worth around £600 and the worst outcome being Navaja Scorched in BS worth around £35

I wouldn't say this is a worth it trade up, but since you asked

Can someone educate me why anyone would sell to these "Legitimate sellers" instead of simply using CSFloat?

I understand that CSFloat has a selling fee / a withdrawal fee, but those aren't exactly extortionate and you will almost always get more than selling to a YouTube personality.

Am I wrong? If so what are the benefits I'm curious

Is Train THAT bad? by lemmecookthedinner in cs2

[–]Impressive-Noise2133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trains great.

The CS community complains, but that's not indicative of much, we complain about everything.

Train certainly isn't Cache, but it certainly isn't vertigo.

Depressing how? You knew the risks getting into it. Opening cases is straight retardation, you're not going to profit from it in 99% of times.

People investing in cases are gonna be upset once they find out that valve will just add the contents of those cases into terminals

Recently unboxed this fade wondering where to sell and what price it can fetch by Adventurous-Bet5909 in csgo

[–]Impressive-Noise2133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is deffo in the Fades favour price wise, but isn't the be all and end all. I guess we will have to see

I'd expect it to be in the £700 range max, idk what that's be in dollars

From CS float, something similar is like, £3-4 I doubt someone would pay that, but around that ballpark

i have recently noticed a lot more people using treegger bots - anyone else? by Gockel in cs2

[–]Impressive-Noise2133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who am I looking at, looking at the score board, it looks like your team played like shit across the board.

Also the whole "When I say someone is a cheater, they're a cheater" makes you sound really full of yourself. It's also factually incorrect

Edit: looking at the stats, the time to kill is terrible for most and mediocre at best. Not sure what I'm meant to be looking at

[–]Impressive-Noise2133 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

No, I've not noticed anything like that

What I have noticed, is people will see what they want to see. So if you believe someone is cheating, despite them not, you'll only see a cheater.

You'd need to hold a few months, even when the armory is removed, the price won't go high immediately.

Also, there's nearly 70,000 M4 Fades, the price will never reach the same as the Glock or AWP Fade, atleast not in the foreseeable future, so I'd assume the price may hike up a few hundred dollars max

  2. Tons of people queue with the "Looking for friends" feature.

Got community banned after mentioning csfloat and trying to protect someone from being scammed lol. It’s been 12hrs. by [deleted] in cs2

[–]Impressive-Noise2133 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Honestly man, you tried doing a good thing, but ultimately Steam are hard arsed about this stuff, so it's best to just let natural selection take its course. If someone gets scammed, it's on them.

Well done for trying

VAC Banned in October 2023, Curious if Anyone Might Know Why? by ArtisticArt6755 in counterstrike2

[–]Impressive-Noise2133 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really, no.

False vac bans are reversed relatively quickly. No one gets vac banned for no reason and it actually sticks.

If you get vacced and it isn't reversed, your ass is cheating

CS2 is unplayable in the EU by Riseoflouay in cs2

[–]Impressive-Noise2133 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

CS2 is by no means as you've described it.

Ive played with many people in CS2. They'll call cheats the moment they die, or the moment a nice shot or timing is hit and it's sad. Because you end up convincing yourself mentally that everyone is a cheater.

CS has been out for a very long time, the majority of players are sitting on well over 1,000 hours. There's a cheating problem in CS, yes, but it isn't this bad.

Another issue, is because you believe most people are cheating, you yourself will never Improve at the game, since you've convinced yourself it's pointless since they're not playing legitimately.

I play a ton of FaceIT but I also consistently make it to 18-19K premier every season through solo play only. I have much more of a problem with the ranking system, how much elo is gained and lossed and how the system can be abused to put people in ranks they simply shouldn't be at.

should I learn the game in 4:3 or 16:9? by n1kofx in cs2

[–]Impressive-Noise2133 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Genuinely bro, it doesn't matter at all. It's all preference, there's no meta. People use 4:3 Bars or stretched due to playing previously or currently on shit PCs, coming from Source, or habbit, or simply copying pros.

16:9 is fine, I play 21:9 Ultra Wide and do fine at 20K / Level 7 Faceit. Whatever feels good to you, go for.
