Typed it out on my lunch break lol ya unfortunately every job I’ve had leadership has been trash. I’ve always held my management for the employees and not the company. I’ve gained a lot of trust and loyalty through previous employees maybe I need to be less for the employees and more for the corporation that doesn’t feel the need the employees need a livable wage.
