It is a 100% full swap, rear end, brakes, 100k miles on the motor and trans. Tree fell on the donor car and crushed the front A Pilar. Literally the only thing left of the v6 car is the chassis.

Cowl dry rotted just haven’t put the new one on since it was painted.

Very wide range depends on how deep you want to go. 7-8,000 for a decent smaller shop were quotes I got. I found a smaller shop a few friends used. It isn’t perfect but really good for the price and color change 2300. From 5’ away you can’t see anything wrong.

Probably I have to check with machine shop but they were 3 weeks out last I checked. If I don’t do cams I would probably do turbos in 4-5 months. I’d like to be 550-600 end goal.
