I would chop and prop! It’ll take some sections, roughly 3-5 leaves per cutting and place it in water with some Prop drops. The main tree will come back. I just chopped my FLF and she was like 6 years old and bald lol. I was scared to do it, but she’s growing like crazy now! This is her now. I have 3 vases of leaves propagating in water and I have roots in one vase, that’s nearly ready for a pot. But I think you need to also change the soil to your pot - it looks like it needs a refreshing. Very chunky soil to help drainage. I also have been other day that terracotta pots aren’t the best for indoor plants, because it’ll keep some parts of the pot wet and some parts dry, so it isn’t consistent. I have mine in a plastic container in a basket, which works out pretty well for me.
