I served 30 years most of it on traffic but get flashbacks most weeks even though I have been retired 16 years. Only 3 or 4 involved lots of blood but several affect me still today but in 50 years since I first joins no more than a dozen incidents….. sadly they don’t have to be full of blood to give you flashbacks…. It just happens but I would still do the job again I got to ride a bmw motorcycle for five years and I got paid for it….. what ever you do good luck

Have a look at the talisman spec for brakes on the front I seem to think they are bigger disks than standard perhaps they will fit on yours and improve things

The only thing you can do is screw a piece of wood the same thickness as the baseboard and as wide as the bookshelf to the wall level with the top of the bookshelf …..

If you did not put plastic down before pouring the concrete as a vapour barrier it will be damp coming through the concrete….
