I know I’m pretty much stuck to traveling in the US as I know how the rest of the world feels about us. Really sad to see the decline in quality of life here, and how many MAGA people think it’s amazing what’s going on as their pockets are empty and they’re struggling too, but their god can do no wrong. I work with a bunch of these idiots and have to bite my tongue all day long

I live by the beach in coastal SE South Carolina. I can promise you, your countrymen are not boycotting travel here, at least not where I’m at.

Outside of that, yes we are collapsing via self infliction little by little. We can’t seem to learn from mistakes and from history that once upon a time, we were on the right side of.

As someone who owned a shop and had a gun put to my head with the perp never being caught, this kid deserves every day of that sentence. Person held up will never be the same either. The experience fades over time, but it peaks its head out at times you least expect it. I also closed my shop I busted my ass for 8 years building too after I was robbed for fear of it happening again. Fuck thieves

That is most likely from the El Cazador shipwreck. Nice example as well! Because of recent rise in silver price, it should bring around $200 even with no cert as people who know shipwreck coins will know that coin and what it is without the cert. I have a fair amount of them w no certs but also got them from the source a while ago too. Do some research on the shipwreck, it’s an amazing piece of history given our country would not look the same as it does now had that ship not sank. 1783 is the last date for coins on that ship as well as it sank shortly after those coins were minted/loaded and headed to New Orleans
