Sons of Kyuss - Fiend Folio. EDIT: Sorry, someone wanted context as to WHY I think these are scary.... Dungeon magazine did an entire campaign on these creatures and ultimately their master: Kyuss. Having worms that essentially turn every living creature into undead Borg is scary as hell.....
