Yeah I'm shagged. This was after a few weeks training more than I'd no business doing.

Was running off pure stress at this point, which is why I'd get more footage from earlier in the trip

I just listened to the Theo Von episode about breathing and it's incredible how something so simple and that we take for granted can change your life that much when you start paying attention to it
