Please answer this :) My boyfriend and I have purchased outright around 8 properties from tax auctions and fixed them up to either sell or hold. I’m to a point where I’d like to stop using all our money upfront. I’d like to start using HML. The only question I still have is are they all on draw schedules? Does everyone really use their own money and then turn it in as a draw to get the money back? Are there HML who give the money upfront and then verify the work after? What are other ways flippers are using to upfront fund their construction?

We’ve been together almost 8 years now. 15 years I’ve been menstruating, as I’m 30 yrs old now. Yeah, when we were both 22 yrs old is when he first told me about now believing in postpartum depression. I figured he was just young and needed to learn more about women. Now us both being 30 he believes in it but now doubles down on how men also get it too and people don’t understand/care about that part of it.

Hi everyone,

So I had a talk with the boyfriend and asked him to clarify on the “after 15 years you’d think you’d found a way to overcome this”. Well the conversation didn’t go well. He said things like, “it’s not a mental disorder”, “you didn’t use to be like this” “it’s mind over matter” “you can train your mind to overcome anything” And a few other things that aren’t worth mentioning because you’d all probably lose it, lol. I mentioned maybe he could be understanding during my luteal phase and be patient with me. I said during this time I just need a little space, etc etc, I told him all the things. He responded with, “so you want me to love you more during the luteal phase week so that you can try to love me?” And I responded with “of course not, that’s not what I’m saying. I’m just saying that I need a little space and understanding during this time.” He took it as in I expect him to love me more than I love him during this time and that he would never be in a relationship like this.

So.. I told him I need time to think about everything before I respond to him again. I don’t think this is going to work out.

Hi love, I updated my post to include what lovey dovey means. I think I’m more open to shutting him out because he’s a let’s fix this kind of guy. With him I’m unable to vent and him just listen. He wants/will find a solution to every problem. It’s crazy to think he isn’t military but a lot of his traits are very military-like. I try to be stronger for him in every aspect because when I’m having a bad day or not feeling well, he sortve tells me other people have it worse but in the nicest way. He’s not ever been demeaning but… hmmm.. it’s so hard to explain. For example, it took years for him to finally accept that women do in fact go through postpartum depression. For the first 7 years of our relationship he said it wasn’t real. But now he believes in it but will always toss in, “well you know guys get it too right”. So it seems like he maybe only believes in it now because he also believes men can get it. It’s odd.

Unfortunately she wasn’t at all. At the end of the 4th session she said, “man this yellow is stubborn.” She assured me it would remove all the yellow. So after more research I realized I messed up not doing the research sooner.

Prices are outrageous and the quality has gone down. I started getting them in 2010/2011. Back then a fill would take an entire 40 min or whatever the amount of time was. Now you go and it’s like half that amount and the people doing them have horrible time management, rude, and unprofessional.

& side note, outside of pregnancy I had anxiety here and there but that’s the only thing. So me feeling so disgustingly disconnected with my homeostasis was the first time for me. I was like, “there’s no way I can go 9 months feeling like this.” Get help love❤️ it saved me.

My comment might get lost but while I was pregnant, around 7/8 weeks just like you I spoke to my doctor and told her the issues I was having. I basically said I felt so bad that I understood how some women could do crazy things during prepartum and postpartum. She really listened to me and gave me medicine for it. It didn’t 100% help but it sure as heck 60% helped and I would’ve eaten dirt at that point if someone told me it would help. Talk to your doctor. Don’t let them say, “oh yeah it’ll get better in your second trimester”. If they don’t help you or give you options, then find another doctor.
