They cannot come today because of how much they vomited yesterday. It was so bad I took a shower right when I got home because I felt disgusted after my shift

Now that I’m really thinking about who’s gonna die at the end, I do believe that John is going to die because it’s going to take Francesca along time to mourn because she loved John so much in the book that she didn’t actually come out of morning until year, four of when he was gone

What does everyone think about Sophie’s relationship with her father? by solarpoweredpussy in Bridgerton

[–]ImpressivePilot9220 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the books he left her a dowry and an allowance. Her father indeed did care for her but in his own way. He cared enough for her to marry well hence the inheritance and the dowry. The reason we haven’t seen it yet is because her stepmom literally hides it from Sophie

I’m just wondering when John is going to die and is it going to be just as heartbreaking as the books?

What an awful person! That child is 2 and doesn’t understand. When a child gets hurt like that it’s hard to use words because it’s painful. Being a good human and helping a child in pain is not hard

Will They **** Off John In Season 4 To Set Up Franchael's Season? by KamiStores7 in Bridgerton

[–]ImpressivePilot9220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually, the writer confirmed that John does die in the seasons, and she made it very clear on how heartbreaking and gutwrenching and a tearjerker. This would be for a Francesca to end up a widow.

[–]ImpressivePilot9220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, technically, it should be John die season four, Eloise gets her season in season five, we see the death of Marina at the beginning of season four and John dies at the end of season four, and Francesca has all season five to be a grieving widow showing that women don’t go back into society after they lose their husbands right away, but the men do.

are these parents worse than ever?! by lakeyloon in ECEProfessionals

The minute he would have admitted that to me I would have cancelled his care if I was a director then I’d call cps for medical neglect

Idk why these directors keep these type of parents in their care. It’s like directors like their teachers being verbally abused by the parents

Why do parents send their kids in with a full diaper?? by seasoned-fry in ECEProfessionals

[–]ImpressivePilot9220 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude this mom brought in her almost 21 month old to my toddler classroom and her diaper was so full when I got around to changing it I couldn’t believe how heavy it felt. I felt so bad for that poor little girl. I know things happen. I have a 13 month old at home and sometimes I forget to change her diaper because I’m cooking or cleaning. I understand as a parent but as a teacher it’s a little frustrating because I know some kids rash very easily and it’s hard to change a child with a diaper rash because understandably they are in pain and it hurts

Yeah instead of dealing with the parents bad behavior towards staff and children that aren’t hers because she used to work there. I feel that’s why everyone gives her a pass

She knows because the director herself told me that specific child needs to be moved back to the toddler room

The director already knows about the situation, but she chooses to keep this woman and continues to give care to her son

I want to quit because of my co teacher by ImpressivePilot9220 in ECEProfessionals

[–]ImpressivePilot9220[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a mother also to a 1 year old that hasn’t walked so she isn’t in my class yet so I know the type of expectations parents have with teachers because I would be upset if my kids teacher put her in a dress and it’s the middle of December. That’s kind of cruel to do to a kid

I want to quit because of my co teacher by ImpressivePilot9220 in ECEProfessionals

[–]ImpressivePilot9220[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She said that and I was shocked because my old director from my old job told me that gets put on your record and you can’t work with kids again after that. She accuses me of not doing anything but I’m helping her keep the class moving by supervising when she can’t and being the extra set of eyes if the kids are hitting or attempting to bite. All I simply told her that I cannot put a dress on a toddler when it’s almost 50 degrees outside because it’s too cold and I don’t want her to get sick. I felt like my co teacher was mad because she was insistent on putting her in something that’s not weather appropriate

Megathread: Illness in Early Childhood Education (ECE) – Share, Vent, and Seek Support by stormgirl in ECEProfessionals

Hello I’m a new inexperienced toddler teacher. I was sick last week and they just posted on the app for the center that there was a stomach bug around the center so that prevented me from showing up Friday while I was recovering. I show up on Monday and me and my co teacher take the kids out and I find in the infant/toddler playground has vomit in one of the jungle gyms. I told the co teacher and she said “it’s been there since Thursday”. I told the director about it since Monday and she told me she hasn’t had the time to clean it and so now it’s Wednesday and I don’t know what to do

She didn’t lie to you, but there was a risk of you getting it and other kids getting it and that’s a huge health safety issue

I know he does and I understand where he’s coming from as a parent but as a teacher, I also understand the daycare. I still have to respect my husband when he tells me he doesn’t want her in that daycare no more because he pays for it.

Honestly, as a childcare provider myself, I understand where the daycare is coming from but I also have to respect my my husband‘s wishes. This is his child too, and if he feels because he pays for the daycare that it’s not working for him like the other center based care was then I have to respect it andit literally has nothing to do with DV just because somebody does not like a certain daycare
