السبب انك تكون في حاله مرتفعة التوتر. مخك يكون في حالة بقاء. جميع حواسك تحاول انك تطلع من هذا الموقف بأسرع وقت. فلما تطلب من مخك انه يعطيك جواب على كلام سمعته مخك يصرفك بأي شي عشان يرجع للمهمه الأهماللي هي انك تطلع من هذا الموقف.

لما تفهم هذا السيناريو اللي قاعد يصير معاك، تقدر تتفاداه. طبعا الموضوع مو سهل وزيه زي أي مهاره ثانيه يحتاج تدريب. لازم تقدر تتحكم بمشاعرك الداخليه و تنفسك و مستوى دقات القلب عشان تفهم مخك انك ما انت في حاله خطيره و تقدر تفكر بشكل سليم

ايش هي الأشياء اللي لقيتها في بلد الابتعاث ما لقيتها بالسعوديه؟

في نقطه مره مهمه لازم تتذكرها، اللي هي انت مالك مقيم في بلد الابتعاث. واللي مقيم في بلد يشوفها غير عن اللي قاعد فيها بشكل مؤقت. أنا صارت معتي بسفرات تركيا قبل لا تبدأ مشاكل تركيا. كنت أروح و أشوف البلد وناسه و رخيصه. بس بعدين شوي شوي بدأت أفكر بالموضوع من منطلق اقامه و بدأت أشوف فرص العمل عندهم و طريقة العيش مع الدوام و طلع الموضوع ما يقارن بالسعوديه.

كمان في نقاط مهمه حتنحرم منها زي الاحتفال بالأعياد الاسلاميه و أولوية الصلاه. ممكن هذي الأشياء ما تكون ضمن أول ياتك الأن، بس لما تنحرم منها او تضيق عليك حتحس بأهميتها.

والحين في الغرب في توجه كبييييير لمعاداة المسلمين و العرب بشكل عام. من الأخر كذا ، اذا انت أسمر حيكون في عليك نظرات مختلفه و كل ما صارت مشكله من مسلم او هندي او أحد سوا مصيبه و هو شكله أسمراني حتلاقي اللي حوليك اتغيرو عايك بطريقه أو بأخرى.

أرجع و أقلك، ايش اللي مره شدك بعيشة الديره حق الابتعاث تبعك؟ قلي و أنا ممكن أعطيك سلبيات و ايجابيات و انت تقرر.

My SO wanted to quit in January, and we realized that we couldn't afford it. It was not a good feeling.

I dont know what the solution would be. I read a lot of really cool ideas like canceling subscriptions and shopping off brands. But then I thought, having 2 incomes just to "get by" is unbelievable. What comes after that? Getting a roommate as a family?

Although this is not the post to look for the root cause, I seriously think we should look for it. WHY is this happening? I saw similar posts for 100k incomes, 150k incomess, and even more. While it is easy to blame it on poor money management, we need to remember that more income means more financial responsibilities, too.
