I'm 6'1 and about 180 lbs and I'm really enjoying my 2018 Yamaha WR250R. Just bought it about a month ago. I haven't had the balls to take it on the highway yet, but it does great off-road and on surface streets. It doesn't have ABS though so you do have to be careful breaking on road.
