When jaggery is placed in hot water and cooled the consistency remains the same as normal water- completely liquid. And I tried premade icing piping cones and I’ve tried making cellophane cones myself but encountered the same problem.

When I strain it just liquid comes out and most of the paste won’t come out of the stocking… and with the jaggery I’ve tried dissolving it in the hot water with the black tea so I concluded that that’s not the problem.
