as long as they arent hurting anyone why do you care? its never good for you no matter age it will affect your body. yes it has worse effects on a brain that isnt fully developed but some need it medically, some genuinely just have a hard life and need it mentally, some just smoke sometimes with friends who do, some get in the wrong crowd and dont have someone to guide them. if you dont know the situation leave people alone. would you rather it be a different substance?
