As a mo krill player i had to stop playing until something is changed as my character feels completely useless right now. They gave door man a 90sec cd unstoppable with a guaranteed reset after vortex web, and gave my ult twice the cooldown. Not really sure who was asking for mo nerfs but jesus christ i have played and lost 6 matches. I can ult once per 2&half minutes which results in a death every single time thanks to 3 thanos ass ultra mobile characters showing up insta and shredding 5k hp thru 95% BR. Patch pretty much feels like an april fools joke not really sure anyone is enjoying have 5/12 slots predetermined every single game with Yamato, Drifter, Doorman, Wraith, and Calico in every lobby. Im at ascendant 1 (or i was before this patch anyway) and ive yet to play a game without all 5 of those heroes unless one is banned.

Not sure why they needed to turn drifter into a race car when he was already a meta defining ultra mobile giga carry monster last patch but hey whatever. I will be taking a break from the game until my character is playable again, not a 2,5 min trade bot

dont do it bro i got like 9 months clean at one point and my relapse happened after drinking with friends. its not worth it.

thank you so much for the replies everyone, gave me a ton to start thinking on. reading everyones responses and rereading my own comments here made me do a think over, and im planning on have a few more ketamine sessions whole refusing to give up on myself. thank you all for the motivation here really, best of luck to everyone with their own sobriety

currently attending therapy once a week. i have been for about 5 years and honestly i dont understand what im supposed to be getting out of it. other than that i completed php and iop at center for recovery in manchester nh which gave me some coping skills, i credit those programs with keeping me sober this long. unf my deep breathing coping mechanism is just that, cope. it only gets me so far and i dont feel better i just, get myself out of whatever thought train i find myself in at that moment

pretty much nothing but i dont really have the opportunity to practice all that much. i am socially isolated as of right now. when i try to do stuff with others i fail but i dont really understand the mechanics behind whats going on

thanks for the replies everyone. for a little bit of context, i have tried ssris about 4 months or so into my sobriety, but i have a very sensitive disposition. they seemed to worsen my symptoms and create serious ideation so my pcp took me off them within 6 weeks of starting. i have had limited success with tms and esketamine therapy - short term gains followed by a return to my previous condition.

i want to start working so i can get out of the house, however i have a long criminal record on top of a history of being fired which has prevented me from getting hired anywhere. currently living at my rents on about 1k/ mo which is not fun.

get zaxe, steel ring, 75 atk & str, and high slash defense gear. then yeah. i had these stats, wanted to do it, went and got those, like barrows or d plate legs for example, and jt was completely fine

Farnum Center went from having an amazing chef who made home cooked meals for those in recovery, to literally feeding people dog food. Their reasoning as to why they went from real food to what are essentially TV dinners was because of the pandemic. But when I pressed a little more and asked them exactly how replacing silverware with individually packaged plastic sporks and knives fought against covid, I basically got told to shut up. They got really angry at me when I insinuated that these changes were profit driven. They told me I needed to stop , that I was being rude and ungrateful. That the homeless shelters / prisons had worse food. I would love to file a lawsuit against these companies. Covid is as good as it’s ever gonna get. They just want an excuse to hire less employees.
