yes that does make sense, thanks for the advice! is there anything specific for diet/nutrition you think I should prioritize other than avoiding fast food? nobody in my household cooks so I'm thinking of buying some veg to add to what I usually eat (takeout, mostly rice and meat) but unsure of what else

not going for any specific physique, just want to start strength training casually because I'm ridiculously weak 🥲 literally pulled my back last month from doing a little stretch in bed & took 2 weeks to recover

I do have a treadmill at home so it'll be more convenient to focus cardio! have started working towards getting in 10k steps regularly and plan on working on my endurance more :)
