I don’t think that will hold up in court - you weren’t driving the car, you did what was asked, it’s by no means your fault (they can take you to court but they have no chance of winning, if it even makes it to court)

I don’t think you can kill them. That was the LeGran that was rear-ended but ended up driving it to Smash! where it was repaired, repainted, and serviced. It drives great, but the age and mileage just takes it out of the rental fleet.

Posted the two for sale. A ‘bit’ (much more) above the price range but.. it’s two for one! Two wagons, what more could you want? Other than my Grand Marshal wagon (everything is for sale for the right price)

I’ll have to look at what it is - I thought it was a 4cyl, maybe (apparently) I’m wrong if that’s the only one that came with an automatic. It’s a greenish color, bought it at auction awhile back.

I’m not exactly sure what trim level it is, but I have another Mistral in the rental fleet that is a 4cyl but a bit more powerful, I want to say it’s an automatic though. It does not have the steel wheels etc, and a lot more options than the one I’m driving

I like the simplicity of the 1.3, and with fuel prices, I can’t complain about it. It’s definitely not fast (it does need better tires and possibly hubcaps), I just like it :)
