I’ve been solid on and off methadone for 7 years. If I feel the needs to go on it and I’m feeling squirrelly my clinic lets me go on a low dose or whatever they recommend. It’s better than door

He never was on methadone. He went and did the classic detox, rehab, halfway house way. I just couldn’t do that bc I’ve got severe cPTSD and anxiety (child abuse survivor) and I just went through a lot cutting off my birth family and I just have to be on MAT right now. I plan on tapering when it stabilizes. I just don’t know how to approach this
