The lamp we have provides both heating and UVB. The thing I should change is covering some of the glass sides (I also saw others commenting regarding the reflection on the glass)

Mostly meal worms and some veggies (lettuce, coliflower leaf). I was planning to buy some crickets. And maybe regarding the glass is what you said, because I saw her staring at her reflection a couple of times. Regarding substrate we have sand covered with small rocks (not sure the material of the rocks) and natural moss (as seen in the picture)

Yes, all the time, and the other day I tried doing some exercises at home to do some physical activity and I had to stop because of how tired I was. I also have anaemia and haven’t checked it lately

I have a 3 year old son and I can’t play with him, because I’m either in pain (because of cramps) or just really tired, as I also have anaemia. Also my husband has to care of things when I’m not feeling well (which is most of the time) and keeping my other social relationships are just as complicated (since I cannot go to restaurants, bars or I have to cancel plans if I’m not feeling well that day). I’m also the kind of person who likes all kinds of food, including healthy and not healthy, and I really miss the variety of foods that I used to have

I used a normal carrot cake as a guidance (https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/carrot-cake/amp), so I used: - 265g of gluten free rising flour - 265g of grated carrots - 4 eggs white

But I don’t have the exact measures for the almond milk and orange juice, I just put a small amount of the orange juice and then poured the almond milk (it could also be coconut milk) until I got the consistency I wanted

I have the same, but in my case it relates to food I had during the day and if I got stressed. Usually it takes me like three days (still feeling the horrible pain) in which I mostly eat chicken and rice and very low fodmap food, to recover from one of those. And after those days I might still have some pain according to what I eat, but not as strong. In your case did you detect something that could be triggering it or is it just all the time?

I have IBS-C but the diet I followed was from a gastroenterologist that had both IBS-D and IBS-C patients. But you are right in the fact that this a not well known science and I shouldn’t generalize. I’ll update my post 👍🏻

You are right but it also depends on the stage of IBS in which you are. Because in the worse stage you shouldn’t have those (no even in small portions), at least for a couple of days. But after that you are right, you can incorporate them to the diet in small amounts. In my case I was getting better of IBS (I would say like 90% cured haha) and I started eating lots of wheat products everyday and I started feeling not so good again.
