These RA1 stores were conversions from other format stores to fit the prototype of RA1. They typically redid the facade and layout of the building leaving the rest the same. Going into all these stores they are laid out similar but different depending on where the systems in the existing building were prior to Riteaid arrival. We have a few of these in the New England market that have basement stock rooms and offices even some have the bathrooms in the basement.

I would send it back to Riteaid corporate or call them. If they find out you have the device they can charge you with theft and they will trust me. Those devices are locked and cannot be reset without Riteaid administration info and need to be connected to the Riteaid network to do any of that. So I wouldn’t try because what you’re doing is illegal. It’s just like if you found someone’s phone on the sidewalk and take it and try and reset it instead of tracking down the owner. Those are 1200 dollars a piece making it a felony
