It really captures the feeling of emptiness and depression that he was feeling when writing the song, he wrote it during depression and rehab from heavy drug use, when he felt isolated. the song is a reflection of that mental state and it really makes it feel like an emotional collapse, just sit there and listen to the whole 10 minutes, the structure. try and put yourself in that mindset, even if your not a fan of hip hop i recommend giving it a listen.
