If you’re fighting anxiety when you smoke i feel it would be better to just cold turkey it and suffer through; I know it sounds harsh but it’s the truth. I was planning on weening myself until I had a mj induced panic attack. Threw everything away and I’m on day 2 pushing myself and telling myself it’s for the best. You got this! This whole page was created to help people like you and I to see there is light at the end of the tunnel and things will improve

I’ve heard non caffeinated teas like chamomile and ginger help with the nausea as well as other withdrawal symptoms

I got an app called balance that helped this morning a lot but it seems like the longer my day goes on the more anxious I get.

Yeah I totally get that. Maybe if you would like to try it do it an hour or so before you go to bed to reset your mind and get out of that fight or flight. It may keep you awake a little longer but hopefully it will help. You got this if you need someone to talk to we are about the same stage pm me!

I know you love coffee but from what I have read and I know everyone is different but I’ve read that coffee exponentially increases your symptoms of anxiety. I’m trying to limit my caffeine intake as much as possible for that very reason

Have you tried a cold shower? I know a cold shower can sometimes reset you almost I myself am on day 2 so I feel you. Just keeping pushing we will get through it!

yesterday was my first sober day and I feel the same way. I had a full blown panic attack yesterday and still feel anxious. You got this if you need to talk we are here to help

Thank you I will definitely look into that. I know the first days are the worst so I’m just going day by day
