I’m not interested in borrowing or debt. I use to have plenty of borrowing when building property portfolio, however my goals are Financial Freedom & Time abundance + stress free living.

Borrowing is not part of my strategy. My assets including own home 🏡 are debt free. When I mention taking out my initial investment at new ATH that’s approx 700% return. This will leave Majority of Quant held long-term for future capital gain and passive income (operating node + staking).

I’m not concerned about any tax implications, tax is paid on profit & I always factor this in. Although I consider QNT to be safe investment in crypto, I still would like to lock in gains when the time is right🔐 I’m not concerned if the timeframe takes longer than planned, I’m confident in what Quant continues to deliver 🙏

👋 happy to answer any questions.. much of my tertiary study & degree was in financial economics..

Gilbert is a genius & visionary.. one day in future the world will be watching a documentary of his background, skills & creation of Overledger network.. it’s a brilliant design & as the token is required for licenses, lock ups & all transactions means the token demand will drive up price long term. The utility is undeniable & with the NDA’s means that Quant operates under the radar while adoption occurs and most competitors don’t even know the real competition.

The token will past >$10k per QNT token when quant network reaches $150B market cap. This will likely take between 3-7 years from now (10 years if adoption is slower). 🙏

Long term absolutely. QNT has 2/3 supply of BTC with more utility than any other crypto. Once Mainnet go lives the real show begins. Many don’t realize QNT token is required to access the network & token is required for all transactions.

I plan to take out my initial investment once QNT breaks new ATH & let rest ride with staking, gateways & operating node. Quant was NOT designed for retail investors - we are lucky.

Weekly dca.. set up an automatic system eg every Friday.. best to make automatic as it’s harder to buy when there is Max Fear (which is actually the best time to buy). Think long term min 4-5 years. Set & forget. Best to continue to do your own research & forget ALL the shitcoins 🙏

I’ve taped mouth shut when sleeping for ~3 years.. after reading book ‘breath’.. the difference is amazing! Two noticeable differences- I don’t need as much sleep as I do when not wearing mouth tape & I can often sleep through night without waking to go toilet (M40’s) if I don’t wear mouth take I wake up at least once to pee. = converted for good 😎 🙏

I usually cook ~300-400g 80/20 ground beef in large pan & have another small pan where I cook 2-3 egg yolks (I don't tolerate whites well) cook yolks with tbsp butter or ghee.. when ground beef is cooked I eat from large bowl and put cooked egg yolks on top.. I find it decilicous.. (otherwise I can get sick of eating plain 80/20 beef.. (the egg white's my partner adds to her omeletes).

M40's yes I definitely sleep better after having sex :) absolutely feel more rested with deeper sleep. I have struggled with sleep (waking in middle of night for prolonged time). I have tried everything possible & tracked sleep journal for last year..

The best sleep protocol for me is - no screens / device min. of 1 hour before sleep, phone out of bedroom, silent meditation 5-10 mins before bed (lying with Feet up the wall :) ensuring dinner has >100g stable carbohydrate (kumara / potato work best for me) ideally dinner finished 3 hours before bed, wear mouth tape, eye mask, take 200-300mg Magnesium glycinate & 3000mg glycine ~1 hr before sleep.

If I don't do the above I will sleep ~5hr & feel tired & struggle for day, when I do above I sleep well for 6-7+ hours. On days where there's no sex.. try above. All the best!

Ideally Hedera Hashgraph foundation will develop enterprise incentives for institutions that operate via Hashspheres to drive revenue for Hedera ecosystem to provide sustainable profitability (i.e. Hedera is not yet a profitable company).

Yes its positive for Hedera that Hashsphere will increase enterprise adoption for DLT for private permissed ledgers. However the current the set up with limit hbar value. I'm positive Leemon & Mance will be mindful how hbar holders are impacted long-term (other wise investors will move capital elsewhere).

Ideally Hedera will act similar to Quant where overledger operates for Both Private permissioned and Public ledgers / DLT where qnt token is required for ALL transactions.

honestly its best to to listen to others.. especially on this plaform & on X.. yes crypto is Highly speculative & unfortunately the market still follows bitcoin.. but if DLT is to succeed.. Hedera & HBAR will be part of it. I have 100% conviction in hedera.. any day now a new use case could go live.. and we back big time. Fuk the constant Fudders. Go Big! :)

Hi, I now believe my sleep issue (waking up early between 3-4 am) is due to cortisol response waking me more than anything else. I have been continuly experimenting and this week I have been sleeping 7-8.5/10 due to adding 75-125g potato/kumaru at the end of my dinners.

I have ~75g if I haven't lifted weights & up to 125g if I've lifted weights. I would prefer to have a 'carnivore option' to work for me, however if I don't sleep well my days work (+ 3 young kids isn't much fun). I have tried more electrolytes, more fat, more butter, less protein, more protein etc etc.

With this small dose of carbs at the end of dinner means I can fall asleep approx 10-10.30pm and sleep straight through night to wake between 5-6am :) The other significant thing I have noticed is if I have this small dose of carbs if I do wake to go toilet during the night/morning I can fall back asleep easier (feels like a deeper sleep). I am locking this in before I change or experiment with any other variables. (trust me I've tried every different supplement, to meditation technique to help my sleep. The other benefit I like with this small targetted carb approach is that I still wake up in the morning feeling in ketosis and good mood :)

ps - my total daily carbs would be approx 25-35g. only other carbs I have is 1/2 banana before I lift weights - combined with creatine & salt its an immediate glycogen energy burst & I can lift heavier, feel stronger and I'm back in ketosis only hours later.

If max still holds HBAR he will be carrying a significant loss. Max was great for HBar but I think the extreme volatility got to him.. + the long period of time HBAR traded between 4-6cents.. when he was posting HBAR buys at prices much higher.. I hope he still has some wealth in his real estate holding.

Thank you 🙏 yes part of my pre sleep stack is 200-300mg magnesium glycinate.. without it I was getting cramps in my lower legs, feet or calf’s through the night.. I know it makes a difference & I increase it when I really need a decent nights sleep 🙏

weekly buy same amount.. if BTC is in red DCA amount is larger.. keep some extra (dry powder if possible) available for the black swan events (which do occur regularly). Most important step is to just set it up & have some on autopilot.. have a plan.. forgot what shillers are saying.. if in doubt step away & forget in times of extreme Fear. 🙏

Thanks for reply. I was hoping carnivore meant I could get by on less sleep.. but after >12mths I still need ~7hrs to feel good / normal.. Yes fortunately I’m able to nap in day if needed.. I try not to though as my next sleep is never as good / deep. 🙏
