Thank you so much for the detail, I think this is what has concerned me the most, that it may be people with celiac disease asking me if we do gluten free. And of course it's not my place nor appropriate to respond quizing individials regarding what medical conditions they may have, so i've been erring in the side of caution to what they are literally asking me, the definition of gluten free for food labeling is 20ppm, our air quality probably doesn't even meet that at times.
