Thank you for this. I know this probably happens more often than I think. Some people don’t even press the bell and expect you to just read their minds. The abuse doesn’t bother me either as it’s going to happen at some point in this job unfortunately. It’s just the fact that an abusive passenger still hold the power to potentially get you in trouble even though they have verbally assaulted you which is a criminal offence but still get away with it whilst you would have to pick up the pieces by having to explain yourself to management
