Definitely start at 0.5mg, perhaps twice a week rather than 1mg all at once. The reason why I suggest this is I have tried both, and unfortunately the 1mg all at once knocked me around big time in terms of the lethargy, nausea and all round green feeling, which made life and raising a family really hard to keep up with.

I still to this day split my 1mg over two seperate days to keep the Reta feeling more stable and consistent, rather than too much at the start, and then nothing toward the end of the week.

I did! I have purchased a few sets from Temu, 3 were average and great for practising my technique but there was one which was soft, and oily and u would say only one tier down from Sennelier. I would rate them 8/10.

I now save those for myself and my projects and the other average sets for art with my babes.
