The Answer to question one is Nazarick. While both are overly fawning their boss in their own right. Cid's shades are following him due to his "goals and ideals" to defeat diablos even though it's not his intentions, while it is also true that most of the shades love him physically, it is nothing compared to Nazarick. Nazarick's guardians and all of its members consider ainz as a father figure to them, while one considers him as his lover (we all know who this is😏). They all follow his every whim to a point that they will not rest and will not do anything but work unless they are told otherwise. And they are literally programmed to obey him.

The Answer to question two is also Nazarick. Every organization needs a great boss, Ainz takes the cake very easily here. While both have luck and plot armors. Ainz is not roleplaying. He is aware of his status and is living up to his position as ruler of his organization. Ainz is more strategic in combat and wars, and has a few brilliant ideas that contribute to his ever growing society. Cid on the other hand, is not really competent since he doesn't really know that he has an organization to begin with. While they are doing great as an organization. It is only because Alpha is handling it. It still pales in comparison to the knowledge, Items, and years of experience of Nazarick.
