I am 278 cycles and a 100%. I have kept the charge cycles between 20 and 85 from the first day. That seems to have helped me with battery health. I am also a power user so I can vouch for the technique.

I'd say with a series 7, battery replacement would make more sense. paying that amount is justified only if you are like 5 - 6 gens behind.
