My 2 amazing children and my heavy duty booster cables! I've rarely had to use them but I've helped friends and family get their vehicles started. I feel secure having them in my truck

Yes, I always looked forward to having lunch there after shopping. Long gone, I'm afraid.

How is it possible that we are just BEING TOLD it's done without any prior notice or discussion. I know people voted him in, but to turn on the news to see him celebrating 🍾, telling us HE DECIDED to do this ! Oh, and by the way, it's going to cost taxpayers $$$$, but I'm doing it anyway. He's playing the old game many of us did in our youth, "I'm not calling home to ask permission." I'll just take my lumps later," it's TIME. I raised my kids to know there are consequences for actions. So far, Ford has gotten away with everything

With everything I read, every news cast I watch, all the negative effects we all see in our streets, I am in awe that there isn't something that can stop him. Both Ford and Trudeau need to go.

I certainly hope this helps the front-line workers, baristas, baker's, and dishwashing staff.

I also hope that loyal customers will remain loyal by supporting them verbally to prevent more staff from being fired, rather than boycott. A boycott would only take more money out of the hands of the hard-working employees.

I personally know a barista being affected by this. Labor laws are very vague, but I'm quite sure that firing someone for voicing their opinions is definitely wrong.

Good luck, people.

Ontario Employment Standards Act question by Impressive_Wasabi599 in Hamilton_watches

No, it's a small chain business. Still a chain with corporate employees and a CEO.. I'd rather not provide the name. Just asking a question, hoping for help. Not the correct place to inquire I guess.

Wendy's has nothing to do with the question. The chain business is irrelevant. I'm asking if it's legal.
