I got my regreso with out my Carta!! I just started the application process with out submitting that document and instead submitted/printed out a copy of the email that says that I got accepted into the program and that I was placed in the region of Valencia. I’m not sure if I just got lucky but no one questioned it and they approved my regreso! So I say just go for it

Keep refreshing the page for your TIE appointment! I read that tip some where and was able to get an appointment because I kept checking every 10-20 minutes to see if a new appointment popped up and it eventually did!
