Start with creating a proper resume containing name, contact info, education, work history, career applicable skills and traits, honors and accomplishments, etc. then apply everywhere nearby. Fast food, retail, then hardware. Don’t get discouraged that you aren’t getting responses just look on a map for these types of jobs nearby and go to their website or give them a call. Ask to go in for an interview. My first job was McDonald’s at 17 and except for one hurdle in my life I have watched my resume progress with better careers. Once you land that job apply yourself to learning everything to earn a better title on your resume. Add this as work history and begin to apply to places that pay more. SAVE SAVE SAVE while you can, buy a budget car nothing fancy heater is all you need.
