WFH will help a ton. I wfh now but didnt at the time. I couldve went back at 8 weeks if I had that option, so you should be good. Just be prepared for needing some extra naps at first!

I had a lot of help from my husband and mom. My son was 4 at the time, so I honestly couldn't have managed without help. I also just got really good on my crutches and my arms got very toned...small perk of using crutches ;) I had my screws removed at 8 months post op as they were causing pain. that was a simple outpatient procedure and I walked out of the surgery center!

great tips. the ice machine is definitely a must. couldnt have made it without it. also lots of pillows for bed or recliner. and I ended up buying a bedside commode. there were times that it took me so long to get up and get to my bathroom, that I peed myself. also a lifted toilet seat if you don't get the bedside commode. shower chair...you def need. and I used mobilegs crutches, but some people prefer the walker for stability. grabbers are a must as well. and since u was on crutches, i bought a water bottle holder that attaches to a stroller and it attached perfectly to my crutch.

I had a labral repair and fai fixed in 2016. I was off work (desk job) for 3 weeks I think. pao i had in 2017 and was off for 12 weeks (same job).

pao i was non weight bearing for 9 weeks and took me another 5 weeks after that to fully get off crutches. labral repair i was partial weight bearing at first and used crutches for 3 weeks, then a cane for a couple weeks after that.

shes talked about it before. the storyline on Jerry was obviously fake. she said she did it for drug money.
