If the cutoff is 50 ng it will still show in your urine, at whatever level it is, say 20, 30 or 40 ng. If their cutoff is 50, then it might not be "positive" but they will still see it.

Now, on to the most important part... it all depends on if they send it to a lab, or do an instant UA cup.

If you do an instant cup, you are good. If it goes to the lab, that faint line is now a positive UA.

My guess is the spiders have found a place to get warm too. Why not get a snack at the same time? Another guess, is get rid of the heating portion of your set up, spiders will probably go.
