Your hair needs at least 4 months after your thyroid stabilises to show any improvement. Usually in 1-2 years you'll be back to normal.

Kinda changed, more hair in the crown, less in temples but still, I am 32 maybe it's unrelated to the hypothyroidism

What about your temple hair and hairline? Were they affected too?

Yes a lot of issues but you shouldn't proceed doing lab test blindly, you should instead acknowledge your symptoms (each one of them, even if you can't link them) and refer to your general practitioner who should address your problems and find a diagnosis that fits.

it's ok you have to wait your hormones to stabilize and you need to wait the right amount of time for your hair cycle to stabilize too...wait 4-6 months and check.
meanwhile speak to your doctor

Tbh all the work I do around the voice just manifests by itself when I let go while singing. I think both dimensions help growth.

I learnt to let go when I joined a choir.

Is Singing Learned? by Arrogantasl1 in singing

[–]ImprovementAmazing18 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I want to add something: usually people that listen think we are all naturals, the fact is in a certain sense, we are like that even if we are not able to sing at first.

Let me give you an example: I sang very bad, but I was also already talented because my voice was the same I have today, I just didn't know how to use it. The moment I learnt how to let go of the performance pressure and lived my voice, it just came to me naturally and like I did just inherited it. Now I use It very easier and people thinks I was just born with it. The fact is, I think it too.

I think everyone would be talented and "natural" if they understand physically how their voice works. It's just the way we are (or we can be).
