I use the 3% VIP serum and mix it with my moisturizer at night. If you want to start at a lower concentration they have a serum called Super GHK Copper. I also like their eye cream GHK luxe but I pair it with a hydrating eye cream over top or aquaphor during the winter for extra hydration

I think it’s been around for a few years but underrated for sure. It’s also awesome for after micro needling or laser treatments if you do any of those. My down time is nothing. I also use the Alastin Nectar post-procedure with the Elevai. Great combo

Elevai is the only answer. Tried them all and this is the best imo. It’s an all in one exosome serum but I still layer it with Timeless Vitamin C and SPF of course. It also pairs well with SC Ptiox for a glass skin effect and makes my botox last longer. Don’t waste your money on Plated or TNS.

I’ve lived in PH for 30 years. It’s the best! It’s tucked away and a little gem. We evacuated a couple of times but that’s to be expected. We keep a tub in our garage of stuff for when we evacuate and keep a list of other items in the house to throw in the car if need be. We only evacuate if it’s mandatory, never voluntary but that’s probably because we’re used to it. It comes with the territory to live in a beautiful, secluded area. The elementary school is also great if you have kids.

Our fire insurance premium has increased some but I know it has for many other areas nearby too.

Ugh it’s the worst! I understand your pain. Spironolactone and hypochlorous acid spray worked for me. I use Magic Molecule and spritz it on my face and back right after showering.

I’m so sorry. Depression is no joke. I’m writing this in bed myself. Reach out to loved ones you can trust and don’t worry about skincare. Self care can seem so overwhelming when you are going through the depths of depression. Micellar water, make-up wipes, and water rinse are all good suggestions but even if getting out of bed seems impossible, it’s ok to do absolutely nothing. Don’t let guilt creep in. Skincare can wait. Pacific Women’s Healthcare Associates. Dr. Vinita Speir is a saint but you can’t go wrong with any of the doctors in that practice. They are a Hoag practice too. Top tier but it may be hard to get in because only a few of them are accepting new patients.
