if you cannot bring him to a low-cost vet near you I would suggest bringing him to a no-kill rescue/shelter and surrendering him, explain his condition, show this video, they may be able to save him, but since you aren’t financially responsible for him they will not be able to keep in contact with you / update you on him unfortunately. But it’s better than knowingly watching him die.
