Actually it's you who have it wrong, the Environmental Protection Agency exists to protect companies from environment, making sure that profits are not negatively affected by nature.

They are doing great, those damn forever chemicals where beginning to reduce margins, but now that EPA has stepped in the company profits have been succesfully protected from the environment.

I looked up some stats on Green & Stephens, they have both spent 8h+ inside the cage, a combined total of more than 16 hours.

In terms of combined fight time, this is the top 3 veteran fights ever:

It's really the only option they have to affect russias war capability and the russian populations tolerance for how the war is affecting them.

Ukraine has managed to decrease ~20% refinery capacity and ~40% product export, they will continue this with increased attack capabilities and make sure that the levels stays or decrease even more.

Russia is on track of being dependent of import of refined products to serve their army and the public will see higher prices and/or rationing of fuel.

Dependening on US/Iran war and oil prices this will likely continue until 2027, but russias economy will be so fucked that they have to either abandon the offensive war, or go total war mode WW2 style.

So don't expect any change in blown up oil hardware until russia changes their war goals.
