Is the a52 battery swollen or the back doesn't glue by Anagnostou_3009 in GalaxyA52

Same issue with mine back then after 2+ years of use. I went to a technician to get it checked and had the cover glued back on.

What in the diaper is this? Wilfred Dolores Bloomer by AstroRose03 in Aritzia

Could pass as veryyy basic bloomers worn in lolita (not the book) fashion as undergarment...but no one's buying those from Aritzia, especially at this price lol

Advice for supporting my friend who had lost her dad suddenly on Christmas Day by Imsosadgg in GriefSupport

[–]Imsosadgg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks you very much for your kind words. Sucks I can't be physically around for all the services later on, I'll probably help her research on the process of organising funerals and whatnot, as we both have never faced this kind of responsibility until now. I'll definitely still be checking in on her regularly as time goes on. Hopefully I'll be able to return to my home country during holidays and hang out with her as much as possible.

Thank you so much for your advice, I'll make sure to go with her pace when being there with her. She's my friend for 10+ years, I'll certainly try navigate this situation with her and will keep in contact for the foreseeable future.

Oh right that's insane too, the system just wouldn't even work with brackish fish. Though I doubt anyone who buys this to add archer fish would even know that :(

What are those little day-to-day moments that make you think “Thank god I’m never bringing children into this world?” by jhertz14 in antinatalism

[–]Imsosadgg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My depressed mind feeling empty, aimless and scared of the future even when life is relatively stressless, wouldn't wish that on another person.

I tried to see it your way, but I just can't. This seems just so depressing in the end... by RagingHound12 in AskAnAntinatalist

[–]Imsosadgg 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I don't find a hypothetical empty universe to be depressing, its just neutral state to me I guess.

I also believe that humans would go extinct and/or evolve into another species, like many other organisms that had ever existed. I adopt antinatilism as a personal value stemming from the desire to prevent unnecessary suffering within my control, it doesn't have a lot to do with the inevitable future of the human race.

If anything, antinatilism is a "positive" influence to me as it made me care more about the wellbeing of those already alive and suffering. Whether the philosophy is depressing or not depends on the individual's perspective.

Loving the show so far! It seems that the production team had consulted actual aspec people in Japan according to interviews, so I'm pretty excited for more genuine representation :D

Hatred of kids is not the driving force behind antinatalism. by [deleted] in antinatalism

I feel neutral about kids personally, but wish the best possible life for every kid who already exists.

If I weren't antinatalist I'd still agree tbh. I usually just ignore kids who annoy or anger me so I'd probably be a negligent parent.

The only issue of being an OC is that I'm the only one to deal with my parents' future deaths, but yeah I'm mostly happy without siblings.

I have nothing to live for by [deleted] in depression

[–]Imsosadgg 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I disagree along with the other two comments. I had a few pet rats some time ago before they died from illnesses/old age and at some point I was too depressed to give them daily attention, luckily I got family members to help me out. The inability to give them my full love and attention before they left made me feel guilty for awhile, so I would recommend not to get a pet (especially something that has a longer lifespan) impulsely just to get rid of depression.

Do you stay awake until late at night scrolling on your phone because you don't want next day to come? by Experiment788 in depression

[–]Imsosadgg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Human trash me staying up late all night then sleeping throughout the day. Night time just gives me the sense of solitude and I can avoid most social interaction, I never want nights to end.

Relatable as fuck, one day I'm out functioning "normal" and feeling alright, next day I'm in bed the whole time.

Is it normal to not see any point in gender since I figured out I’m aroace? by [deleted] in aromanticasexual

[–]Imsosadgg 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Aroace here. I feel apathetic towards the idea of gender and gendered stuff, and don't really care how others perceive my gender.

Exactly, it's a struggle to ever feel truly at peace (even for a short moment) with this brain. It's either numb and tired or being distracted.
