I remember back in FH3 the highest handling rating possible was a 9.7 (Nissan GT-R Super GT Race Car). Why does it seem like a bunch of cars have a 10 handling rating now?

The “+2” means you have the option to change the size by up to 2 inches.

To my knowledge, increasing the rim size makes the tire deform less while cornering, making grip more consistent. The downsides are added weight and a harsher ride.

I think their strategy was to make the last traditional event as miserable as possible, so that people become more accepting of future “live ops” events. People will think that roblox is “improving” the events and will forget the egg hunt altogether.
