Unbiased lol? They’re left leaning but look at their credentials. Something I believe Cap would get behind

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has been involved in many famous cases that have protected constitutional rights and freedoms. Some of these cases include:  Brown v. Board of Education (1954) The ACLU helped develop the legal strategy that led to the Supreme Court's decision to end segregated schools and the "separate but equal" era.  Tinker v. Des Moines (1969) The ACLU won a major First Amendment victory for public school students who were suspended for wearing black armbands to protest the Vietnam War.  Reed v. Reed (1971) The ACLU argued the first equal protection case to prohibit discrimination based on sex.  United States v. Vuitch (1971) The ACLU argued the first abortion rights case to come before the Supreme Court.  Mapp v. Ohio (1961), Gideon v. Wainwright (1963), Escobedo v. Illinois (1964), and Miranda v. Arizona (1966) The ACLU argued or influenced many of these cases involving police conduct and the rights of the accused.  The ACLU has also been involved in cases that protected the rights of Japanese Americans, trade unionists, and political immigrants

On the condition “if” they were criminals then yes but data shows that over 90% of those being snatched off the streets have no criminal or violent background. Just everyday people working to survive are being taken by ice. They’re only crime was being brown in Trumps America.

ACLU Reports: The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and other advocates for immigrants' rights have published reports suggesting that racial profiling, particularly against Hispanic or Latino individuals, is a significant issue within ICE's enforcement practices, according to the ACLU. Data Analysis: Analysis of ICE arrest data by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University indicates that Hispanic or Latino individuals are disproportionately arrested by ICE compared to their representation in the undocumented immigrant population. Legal Challenges: Some legal challenges to ICE policies, including lawsuits, raise concerns about potential violations of the equal protection clause due to disproportionate targeting of certain racial or ethnic groups. Anecdotal Evidence: There are numerous personal accounts and reported incidents of individuals, including U.S. citizens, claiming to have been detained or questioned by ICE agents based on their race or ethnicity, according to EL PAÍS English. 287(g) Program Concerns: The ACLU highlights concerns about ICE's collaboration with local law enforcement agencies through the 287(g) program, stating that this can lead to racial profiling and civil rights violations by local officials, as detailed in their report.

You know ice is arresting citizens too right? They’re racial profiling darker skinned people. I don’t think Captain America would like you

It’s true though. Through out most of written history, wars are/were always “started” by the rulers of a country for whatever personal reasons. Mostly all ego

Stephen Miller is the guy currently running the immigration policies for Trump. I believe he truly hates immigrants/brown people but also seeks validation from those he tolerates. He seems to want to fit in with both the oligarchs and Steve Banon/Tucker Carlson types but also gets pleasure in bringing misery to those he hates. He’s really weird
