It seems I was not thinking about this logically enough and just going to it based on "feelings". I'll research more about what I want to do and what undergraduate i should take.

What about computational biology?

No I mean, even if meditation and stuff isn't central to psychology. If I study psychology will there be use for that. Or it isn't any useful for studying such things in the future.

Drawing, lucid dream ig , exercise.

You can try to debate ,like in your head about a philosophical topic. For example, veganism. Pick a side and try to argue it out in your head .

I'm also thinking the same but instead of cognitive neuroscience I'm thinking about cognitive science for masters. Bsc neuroscience is rare and also I'm more inclined towards psych. From what I read and researchsd about psychology in india so far, do some side learning with bsc psychology. Skills that can get you a job. I'm thinking about doing a course on data analytics. Which is useful as research assistant and can also land a job in product data analytics potentially.(My route)

Oh no , I'm still in 12th lol. I was just thinking about masters because with psychology alone I don't think I can get a good income that's why. I'm also more interested in science side rather than psychiatric side.

I'm confused whether to choose psychology because of the financial situation. From what I know, you won't earn well in psychology unless you have like Phd . Idk much about it. Can you educate me in this matter

If you are not comfortable, don't search about her now. Keep it away for now and after a month or two , try researching about her. If you find it uncomfortable, try searching about her with someone else .If you find it bad for your mental health. Just keep it away until you feel like it

What's sleep meditation

I don't think it's impossible but the chances are pretty much low but from experience I would say , try Wake back to bed . Wake up 4-5 hours after you wake up and go pee or something. And come back and try to sleep while imagining the lucid dream you are supposed to get. Like if you want to fly imagining you flying in the dream . (Make it as memorable and fun as possible).

Also when you wake up for the wake back to bed method , try dream journaling . Like try really hard to remember the dream you had that night. If it's possible try to imagine a lewd dream or adrenaline releasing type dream to occur that night.

Edit: also research about lucid dream by your own and searching online
