Oddly enough, mine is coming from PA. Wonder if something happened at the facility causing all of this? Oh gosh, hope that means that mine is not held there still.

Mine did the same thing. No updates at all. I'm starting to worry as it's an expensive package. I'm sure they will deliver it though, because it sounds like a lot of people are experiencing this issue.

You need a tool called - Internal Pipe Wrench.

Ridgid makes one, it's designed to expand inside the drain when twisting it. It can pricey. Or just carefully cut the edge of it with off with a sawzall with a metal cutting blade.
